some things ok, some not so much
broken window catch cluttered room
the hotel location suited my needs just fine.
my premium king room felt quite cluttered, possibly with dust bunnies hiding amongst it all. also, no coat hooks existed, a real annoyance given the wet weather. the bathroom window catch was broken as well, so i used a piece of card to stop the window banging. frankly, i expected more for what i paid.

ample parking beautiful rooms personable receptionists
The hotel offered ample car parking. That was convenient. beautiful rooms provided everything i needed for a restful stay. personable receptionists made check-in and check-out easy.
The air conditioning controls lacked clear instructions. I found them confusing.

some issues noted
bathroom window missing coat hooks
the room felt quite cluttered. dust was visible in areas that are hard to reach. our premium king room lacked coat hooks, made drying wet coats inconvenient. i also noted that the catch on the bathroom window was broken. this caused the window to bang during a storm. i used a piece of card to stop it.
